The following terms are applicable for any products or services you purchase with us at x.teamxtreme, accessible from https://x.teamxtreme.org.

First of all, we thank you and appreciate your trust in our services. Please read this policy carefully, as it explains your rights and obligations regarding any purchase or service you make through our website.

At x.teamxtreme, we take pride in the quality of our digital solutions and guarantee your satisfaction with our services and support. We continuously improve and strive to deliver the best web, mobile, AR/VR, AI, and other software solutions. We make every effort to deliver services as per the agreed specifications and timelines. However, if for any reason we are unable to fulfill your order, please contact us immediately, and we will either correct the issue, provide a refund, or offer credit for future x.teamxtreme services.

Eligibility for Refund

You may be entitled to a refund in the following cases:

  • If there is a clear and visible deficiency in the service or product provided by Txyber.

  • If Txyber cannot deliver the service you purchased.

Refunds will not apply in the following situations:

  • If a government fee, duty, challan, or other official charges are already paid while processing your request. We will refund your payment minus these government fees (you will always be provided proof of such payments).

  • If you request a refund solely due to a change of mind after we have started or delivered the work. Instead, we may allow you to use the paid amount for another x.teamxtreme service of equal value.

  • If your refund request is made more than 30 days after service completion and official confirmation has been sent.

Refund Process

  • If approved, refunds will be processed within 15 business days and credited to your bank account.

  • You will be informed by email once your refund has been initiated.

Fees for Services

When you pay for a service, the advance fees are retained in a client account.x.teamxtreme earns its fees as we progress through different stages of your project (for example, onboarding, setup, development milestones, or delivery).

Refunds cannot be provided for fees already earned, as time, resources, and expertise spent are non-returnable. Similarly, payments made to government entities, filing fees, or third-party vendors cannot be refunded. Under no circumstances will x.teamxtreme’s liability exceed the amount you paid for the service.
